The common saying is, “it’s all about perspective.”
What does that mean?
Is it all about your perspective?  The answer is………….

Coaches commonly use the concept of perspective.  It can be  very insightful to know where you are coming from on any matter of importance.  It involves taking a step back and assessing the matter.

POWERFUL QUESTIONS

Powerful questions are open-ended questions that invite introspection, present additional solutions, and lead to creativity and insight.  Coaches use them to allow clients to explore a topic more deeply. The answer leads to learning for the client.  It has been said, “the more powerful questions the coach asks, the better the coaching”.  Try using them, especially in sequence.  They work.  They can also make you feel smarter.

Here goes my first real entry. I am excited, nervous and amazed that I am writing a blog.  Wait tell I tell my Mom!

I am a Professional Coach.  My blog will focus on coaching topics, with its purpose to provide insights to current and former clients, potential new clients, and others.  How and why coaching works is often mysterious to others, so i hope to shine a light on that.  For current and former clients, there can be learning and interest from approaches or topics that we have not covered.
